We do not have IRC, but you can send him an PM here if you want to contact him. Bill (a.k.a. Sgt_blackdude) is very busy these times, so if he doesn't answer and if it is critical I can give you his Skype username so that you can contact him there.

And hey, was it you who helped me with the cuboid addon?
